My daughter actually asked about leaving her club to go play for them, I made her stay put. At least her team did beat the Hurricane teams and split set's with Cajunland. She would have been mad at me if they had lost to them.

The past 2 weekends I have run into 5 of our former volleyball players from our first NCAA tourney team coaching club volleyball locally. Jen Linder, Jenn Miller, and Stephanie Stromath all are coaching for the New Orleans Hurricanes (13-14 year olds) and Lauren Boatwright and Bridget Wells are coaching for Cajunland (14's & 15's). I have been impressed with the way the go about their coaching; teaching and making it fun no matter what the score. It's good to see these ladies giving back in the community, especially since none are from the area. (I'm sure they get paid, but you get what I mean)
