Ed Conroy

Post by NJwave »

New assistant coach at Minnesota. I'm happy to see him land on his feet.

I was as big a critic of his as a Tulane coach, but he seems like a good man. I'm happy for him.

Ice cream is after road wins. His diet is likely to continue at Minnesota.

So now you have a soft spot for Ed since he's coaching in the Big 10?

frick you, windy. Since when did this board permit this type of doody?

My post was solely done in jest.
EC made it a centerpiece of enjoying ice cream after road wins. Since any future wins will be away from Nola their all on the road as far as I'm concerned.

Mods ban me. Then ban windy and his childish cowardly keyboard cyber bullying. donkey butt.

Conroy tweeted today thanking Tulane, the fans, people of NOLA, etc. saying he will "always be pulling for you".

Everyone should read that article. He really does seem like a great guy, and his son is staying on the team with Dunleavy here.

Always a class act

I look forward to running into him at Camelia Grill more in the future. He was always a mainstay in the past (he and his assistants would sit there with clipboards while eating, or sometimes bring recruits). I've missed seeing him there. Glad he isnt leaving NOLA full time

My memories of seeing him roam the sidelines are less fond however :coolshades:
