Jake Gautreau joins Cannizaro at Mississippi St

@kendallRogers: Jake Gautreau is a really nice hire for @HailStateBB — He was a strong assistant at #Tulane, now doing well w/ Boras Corp. Quality get.
FWIW I've heard that Gautreau turned down a job offer from Jewett last year. Anyone else hear that?

Dont know if true or not, but would you work for someone who turned you down for the head gig?

If Gautreau was seriously offended at not getting the head gig, either after his disasterous interim season or last go-round, then he's utterly delusional.
