If Dontrell ran that fast he should get drafted.

Dontrell really does fit that New Age RB that we see in the NFL these days. Durable, decent speed, can catch the ball, etc.

Re: Dontrell Hilliard - Pro Day
The Saints could use a 3rd back to keep the top 2 fresh. Hilliard is one of the 3 draft prospects close to N.O. that might be worth a late draft pick. The other two are Darrell Williams of LSU & Ito Smith of USM. IMO, of course.

some Saints fans were opining that Ade Aruna could be a smart later round pick for the Saints.

I'd rather Parry or Dontrell...GreenieBacker wrote:some Saints fans were opining that Ade Aruna could be a smart later round pick for the Saints.

That 40 time is better than Matt Forte's. I think Forte ran a 4.42, which was second to Chris Johnson and better than Darren McFadden. Hillard isn't as good as Forte, but he is better than Rob Kelly and Darkwa. I think he gets drafted in the 5th and makes a roster.
