When I saw his stats tweeted earlier I thought the name sounded familiar, then I remembered his girlfriend, Nicole, coming to Tulane basketball games 8)

More of you folks should have gone to games when Reyes was at Tulane. The above is no exaggeration.

Meanwhile Reyes did 32 reps on the bench press if I counted right in the video. That man is seriously strong. If he can't play TE in the NFL, I bet he could go play rugby in Argentina.

This will be interesting to watch. On one hand there are a number of former basketball players who became very successful TEs. On the other hand, with that as precedent, there surely must have been many who tried and failed. But of those who succeeded, how many had never actually played football before (that's what I thought I read about Reyes)?

Front page news on ESPN now. Apparently WFT liked him so much they signed him.

Washington liked him so much that they cut a former LSU player (the son of Randy Moss) to sign him.

So if we're keeping score here (and some of us are), The Football Team cut an LSU guy to sign a Tulane guy.

This is the important part of the story.

He didn't play much for us but you could see he had no fear. I wish him the very best.
There was an extra 9 in that percentage
