Instant classic - How to decide what school to sign with

Did you all read that note in the T-P on how that OL from Slidell picked his school? Priceless.

Wow - Good luck with that!

I also noticed that a former Tulane coach now at Arizona helped snag J McKnight

WHAT HOT SEAT? In the end, Alex Hill listened to his heart -- and his cell phone.

Hill, a center from Slidell, committed to Duke last month, but was torn after taking a subsequent official visit to Illinois.

"I prayed about it and decided that the next text message I got, whichever letter (I or D) showed up first would be where I'd go, " Hill said, "It was my girlfriend, and it was an 'I'."
The kid committed to New Mexico then Duke then Illinois!

He could start a trend and put the tarot card readers out of business.

I can only assume the text message read something like this:
I am breaking up with you because I think you are an idiot.

Better go and dust off my Ouija board. Start up some crystal divination. Rip open some teabags to do some reading of tea leaves (given how this was mentioned in the Harry Potter books, plus their popularity, am surprised this has not been mentioned by some players).

Champaign-Urbana is a real college town stuck right in the middle of miles of corn and soybean fields (my family owns some of it due west); other than pizza places and the fact it is a few hours away from Chicago (I-57), there is not much about it. The winters really $uck, too. Durham is part of a far more enjoyable metro area; also within a few hours of the beaches at the outer banks.

This lad did not think this one out very well, IMHO
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about?
