I saw that too. A couple of those are guys already committed, but it's important to keep showing how much they are wanted.

Willie Fritz is now following De La Salle's Julien Gums, who was a battering ram runner as a QB this year. He ran for 865 yards and 11 TD's on 86 carries while completing 56 of 79 passes for 933 yards and 12 TD's. He committed to Nicholls State before his senior season. If our interest in him picks up I wonder if the staff is thinking RB or LB for him?

Tulane offers Damien Tate of Warren Easton. This one was a while in the the making. Tate is shortish but was a dominating player in a talented district. Three stars on 247 but no sexy offers due to his height, probably. Could be a Batiste or Strozier type in the nickel.

Only 5'8 but looks to be very fast and quick could be the kick returner we lack.

Nebraska PK is a graduating senior who appears to have been primary PK for four years so spot is wide open there. Obviously I guess WF sees a chance to flip him with new staff coming in. Good luck to the Wave on this.

If Twitter reports are true, Frost's staff has informed UCF recruits that they will be recruited to Nebraska. Let's hope Frost had a kicker committed that he really likes.

Tulane just offered Curry Benn, the CB from Landry-Walker. I thought we'd done this a while back. He's been committed to USM since the summer.

That is probably a severe exaggeration.

I figured if they had 15 kids committed they may have told 1 or 2 that they would be recruited to Nebraska.

5* Punter Ryan Wright, who according to his Twitter profile is the #1 Punter in California (#4 in the country), will be visiting this weekend.

He was invited to play in the Blue/Grey All American Bowl

What are the thoughts on how many kids will sign early vs wait til February? (Either for us or in general) Does the early period have an end date?
