Does anyone have info on why Cade Beloso from John T Curtis Committed to Tulane, then De-Committed to Tulane?

Belsos is now committed to the school up the river.

Prep baseball report has Collin Burns on their 1st team all-state team. https://www.prepbaseballreport.com/news/LA/2018-PBR-All-State-First-Team-Selections-4350129687?r=%2Flouisiana%2Fnews
Here’s what they say
Quote:
Rankings STATERANK: 13 / POS: 3
Tulane recruit, currently ranked No. 13 in Louisiana's 2018 class. Lean 5-foot-10, 170-pound frame, athletic build with clear explosive fast-twitch actions. Quality athlete that posted a 6.87 60-yard dash. Left-handed hitter that hits from balanced, athletic setup with a smooth load, short stride, and balance throughout the swing. Line-drive type approach showing fluid rhythm with a aggressive compact stroke and uphill finish through the hitting zone, generating quality bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 97 mph. Athleticism translates well defensively, showing soft hands, fluid footwork, and clean, quick exchanges. Medium arm stroke into high-3/4 release with accuracy and solid arm strength, producing a positional velocity of 90 mph from infield.

Our other Louisiana commits are absent from 1st or 2nd team all-state for PBR. If you search the site for our other commits you can find some 60 times, exit velocities, pitching velocities etc. but this is the only real write up I found on any of them.
