Cord Sandberg of Bradenton (Fla.) Manatee High was rated the nation's No. 8 dual QB in 2013 when he chose to sign with Mississippi State and then-Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen.
But when he was chosen in round three of the Major League Baseball draft by the Philadelphia Phillies, he signed and put his football career on the shelf.
but now he wants to give college football a try. Seems worth a scholarship offer from Tulane?
p.s.- he has a scholarship offer from Auburn, but playing time would be hyper important to him I would think.

The early reports have him with offers from Auburn & UCF. Auburn’s QB, the Baylor transfer, is a good bet to leave if he has a good year. I doubt Sandberg can beat out UCF’s QB.
