Home and home with a Big Ten team? That's a win on the scheduling front.

YOGWFers all staying at Windy's place, should be fun! Maybe we can recruit some O-linemen while we are at it!

We apparently moved the @wake game scheduled for that year to 2027. FYI

"The first game will take place at Ryan Field on September 12, 2020. This will move the previously scheduled game with the Central Michigan Chippewas to September 19, 2020. Northwestern will play at Tulane on August 30, 2025."

Home and home with a Big10 team is a HUGE scheduling win. Worth noting that the link up above lists current OOC opponents for several years, which mostly look pretty good, too.

Some observations:
1. A clear move to schedule all OOC the first month of the year.
2. 2 home 2 away
3. 2 P5
4. in 21,22,23,25,26 we will likely play no FCS opoonent unless we have 7 home games.

We need to bring the band to this game. NU has a good band and we can have a duel with them.

Besides Northwestern, Tulane is showing some big time pre-season scheduling in the years ahead. Nothing to be critical about this at all.

I think we play 7 home games.

Also that’s not a bad thing. P5 programs and school up the river are known to do that as well. Just like Sunbelt and CUSA teams sometimes are forced to do 5 home games.

Playing at a P5 to get a P5 at home later(2027?) is the most likely solution.

YES
We can't because Mack Brown doesn't want to coach against his brother Watson.

Or one of the current games could be moved. None of this is writ in stone....

It's probably good because of the alums in the NE or whatever, but personally I'd be fine without seeing Army on our schedule for a long time. In a related note, those '19 and '20 home slates...ugh.
