Did Tulane invite Scott Rabalais? I think he is missing the free buffet in BR this year.......

Did anyone go? Care to share any info?

It was very well done. Started on time. Lasted right at an hour.
WF touted the class ranking. How easy to sell TU, NO, etc. Introduced each coach who discussed a few players each.
They didn't take any questions.
They seemed most excited about:
(in general) the versatility of the class - how many players can play multiple positions, including returner and
(specifically) players who were ready to step in and play right away. IMHO these were DT Jeffrey Johnson and Davon Wright since he's already enrolled, DBs Dorien Camel and Damien Tate (returner?).
Troy Dannan came out and excitedly talked about the new ticket plan. He said the coaches have been doing a great job and he called on TU fans to respond. He said he was determined to fill Yulman. I know we are doubling our seats for next year. Can't wait to watch us beat SMU and Navy in person.
The season ticket guys had a table as you walked in.
Cheap Green Wave beer & free popcorn.
A good night.

Thank you so much for the update. Any mention of QB?
Re: Football Signing Day Party 2/7 5:30 pm Glazer Family Clu
No (maybe why they didn't take questions??), but they seemed very excited about Daniels. The video of him is really impressive. They said the first thing you notice is his athletic ability which may obscure the fact that he has a legit strong and accurate arm.
Someone at party whom I highly respect suggested that it was a done deal that Ledford will be moved back to QB for the spring.
An aside: mentioned the punter was a QB (not in the context that he would compete for a spot) but that he was a real football player "had seen real football action and was a real football player".
The coaches all hung around and were talking to the fans till the end.

Think he pretty much has to at this point, for depth purposes if nothing else.1401973 wrote: Someone at party whom I highly respect suggested that it was a done deal that Ledford will be moved back to QB for the spring.
