Anyway I don't think it was overreacting. If it were, then there wouldn't be two pages of folks here posting updates/graphics in this thread. And if it had come the way it was predicted Tuesday night then we New Orleans residents would have been experiencing a lot more problems than we had when we woke up Wednesday morning. And of the two reactions, overreacting and underreacting, isn't it better to overreact and be prepared then underreact and not be prepaired?
And BTW, hurricane season is far from over. I remember one we had in October (Hilda?) a long time ago that was pretty scary.
