Yeah, so let's forget about all the talent across Texas, La., Ga., Florida (states with more talent) and go to the Midwest. You won't pull the top guys from up there just like we don't get the top guys in the south.

Not a personal attack against your buddy, just an observation. We can’t recruit our own state, so why recruit the Midwest. And how expensive that would be to get rejection after rejection. Just a big waste of time.
