TU vs OSU TV for game?
I posted the first paragrph on the "Tulane Green Wave Football Alliance!" in FB.
TV for the game tomorrow? All I see on Cox (NO/Jeff) it that the game is on the BTN network only. Which is a premium network and requires a subscription for ? $ a month. Yet we get the SEC network for free. I understand that we are in SEC territory. The think I can't figure our is why the Scarlet Pearl Hotel & Casino accross the bay in Biloxi has BTN on their TV package but no SECN. And the other thing I am pretty sure of is that if LScrew were playing a game tomorrow and the only station that was carrying the game was BTN, you can bet your last dollar that all of a sudden everyone in NO & Jeff would be able to watch that game on COX, whether they had a subscription or not. Anyone have any connections with Cox who can twist their arm on this?
Now I post it on here. This is BS folks.

if you can connect your tv to the internet (or watch on a computer screen) you can look at setting up a one week trial with Hulu, Plyastation VUE, Sling TV etc...then cancel before they charge you. I had to do that for one of the games on CBS sports before Playstation VUE picked up CBS sports.Fan Since '54 wrote:I posted the first paragrph on the "Tulane Green Wave Football Alliance!" in FB.

‘54, fortunately my XFINITY cable has BTN as part of my tier so I have no worries but I’ve been where you are now. It helps that I am in the UMD footprint so Big Ten is in these parts.
It wasn’t long ago that it was All Access or nothing and we know how that went. Getting into the AAC increased our viewership possibilities ten fold.

Decided to give BTN online a shot. Their gameday selection is thru BTN2GO and was able to access thru my cable/internet provider. All providers throughout the US are listed - so there's that as an option. Probably my only option as I'll be helping my son move in Dallas.

1. I wondered why more Tulane fans in New Orleans hadn't thought to check and realize they probably aren't paying for the premium package with BTN (and therefore wouldn't be able to get the game). I expected it wasn't in the basic package in the deep south.

I don't have BTN, either. Since my wife has invited some folks for cοcktails tomorrow afternoon (she reasoned that we don't have BTN, so it would not be a problem; she's gonna pay dearly for that!), I'll only be able to spot-check the games, even if I had BTN, so it makes no sense to pay for it for a one-off viewing.
There used to be a bootleg site, but it kept getting predesignated, to stay one step ahead of the Gestapo. Does anybody know if it's still around? (PM would be OK, if you're afraid of the KGB )

Some iteration of firstrowsports.something or atdhe.something. I'd imagine Google can help there. But like you said, they're bootleg with random popups and suchRoller wrote:I don't have BTN, either. I feel like I'm always on this soapbox, but DirecTV Now has it starting with their $55/month package. If you have decent internet, it makes a great cable or satellite replacement.

The Fried Chicken Fest advertised that they will have a Fan Zone which is tent showing multiple games. It’s sponsored by Direct TV so maybe they’ll have our game on, being that it is New Orleans’ college team.

FYI for those trying to find a "legal" way to watch the game. Hulu with live TV, fubo, and YouTube live appear to carry Big Ten Network and all have 7 day free trials.
