SWAC Time Today

Post by Baywave1 »

Midway through the first half, we are down to AA&M, 21-20. I know my checking this is evidence that I am literally "Breaking Bad" but what do I say? Someone has to do it.

Yes I attended the two previous SWAC losses at Fogelman.

Since I know the interest here is overwhelming, Tulane leads 0-11 Alabama A&M 35-31 at half.

They’re not winless anymore. They used our preferred name though.

If our coach had any pride, he would step down tomorrow.

Outscored by 15 at the end stretch. Where do I send my season tickets?

The players are sending a signal. Listen to them.

Site is collapsing too over this. I guess there will be ten spectators there with me at opening AAC game. I actually was asked by Tulane in a season ticket holder survey if I would recommend to my friends to buy tickets.

As bad as this is, and it is, if the needed announcement was made October, 2011-style, it would lift a lot of tension and demonstrate that there is a future. You don’t get results like this if any sort of coaching is going on.

Even if Jewett doesn’t get it done this season we won’t have a moment like this.

Wanna bet?

Honestly if I were a betting man I’d still say Dunleavy has a better chance of working out than Jewett. Just to say, I wouldn’t hold my breath for either.

Let’s talk football!

It’s an impossible bet since neither are working out, but if you really want to bet, I’ll bet you that Jewett works out more than Dunleavy.

As bad as it could be I don't think we could possibly lose to the Alabama A&M equivalent in baseball (which... might just be Alabama A&M baseball), there are at least multiple things to like about our team

I can't believe I'm typing this but I think I would take the under today for 0/U of MBB having more season wins than football team.

We lost team rebounding again today and we haven't even faced typical AAC frontlines since early in the season.

I agree with LG. Team is sending a message here.

I’m Jewett’s harshest critic but even I can’t agree with that. Dunleavy is a dead man walking.
I don’t think Jewett will work out but he’s got a much better chance than Dunleavy at this point.

Well before this season is out, I safely predict we will see the all time best dynamic pricing MBB ticket program in our sainted history.

Had been chiding my son for not going to the basketball games. Can’t bring myself to do that any more.

Good idea. I have a suggestion for the opening salvo in the campaign.

If we beat the spread half off tickets for the next game?
