Per ftw who relayed news he received. Lost in the atrociousness that is our pitching is the promising Raj. He could be a bulldog pup (he’s still growing) of the staff. He gets fired up after a big inning and according to Graf one day, he was captain of his HS team as a sophomore. His fire may be a hinderance as he tends to overthrow some times. Once he learns to channel the emotion he may be really good. He’s also made some nice defensive plays which is unlike most of our pitchers.

He just needs to breathe through his eyelids and he’ll be alright.

Sounds to me that we should just call him Bulldog.

You're right Gerry. This is more appropriate:

What's the next level? Retriever? Spaniel?

He really has excited the crowd and his teammates. He's pitched well and fielded well. Looking forward to seeing how he does in this role tonight. As for the bulldog he'd rip it apart limb by limb. PETA would probably get the program shutdown so they better keep it away.

Welp. That didn’t start out well. He is a Tulane pitcher after all. :?
