If he ends up at either LSU or Tulane, I will stand on a Tuscaloosa street corner in LSU gear with a sign that says "all inbred Bama fans suck."

No offense, but ain't happening.

Agree with doncecco. All the "local guys, local family, regularly came to our basketball games back in the Posse days, Passing Academy goodwill," etc., etc., isn't even remotely enough to make him not go to an SEC school. Bear Bryant could rise from the grave and take the job at Ohio State win the next few national championships and go on ESPN and offer him a million dollar signing bonus and he's still going to an SEC school.

And this should be on the non-Tulane board until it has something to do with Tulane... 8)

Point taken, Pete, but people put up potential Tulane names for qb here all the time. As remote a chance as it is, I think this qualifies as a Tulane post. So are many of the others put up.

I’ve always heard that the Mannings hate LSU. I would bet the next Manning either goes to Ole Miss or wherever David Cutcliffe is coaching.

Which on a similar thread on FB, I asked the question: does this give Cutcliffe a 3-yr pass at Duke? Could he literally go 0-36 and keep his job for the prospect of getting Arch?

Remember, he groomed a QB who became a #1 pick and just recently replaced Eli!

The only way this happens is if Tulane moves back into the SEC next year and during the 2022 season puts up another 6- or 7- win result in that conference.

So about the likelihood of my winning a Powerball jackpot.

That would be my bet as well.

Cooper is the most "Ole Miss" of the 3 sons. If Kiffin can stay out of his own way for 3 years Arch will go there.

“When it’s all said and done, he’s going to be the most highly recruited player out of the state of Louisiana,” says Mike Detillier, a longtime NFL draft analyst based in New Orleans. “It’s going to be a TSUNAMI of recruiting like we’ve never seen.”

It's amusing that Mike would use the TSUNAMI reference.

Maybe that will turn out to be an omen of the future.

Knowing what I know about Cooper and the family. This is Ole Miss's to lose. They can lose it, but they have to be the front runner. It would really surprise me to see him go to Ella's shoe.

By remote, you mean 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% right? Cause, like, that's what it is.

Why are people trying to recruit him when they can just get the same quality in the transfer portal. Many on here will te you it's that easy.
