Are the games fully staffed or bare bones?

Only the two main concessions under the grand stand were open but there was lots of security, with numerous folks apparently just assigned to mask patrol. It really looks like a money loser. I purposely visited concessions and bought stuff I really didn’t want just to give them some business. There were only lines a couple of times I visited.

Update: Pelicans are now serving beer in the stands; full bar in the club level.
