We might see the NCAA favor schools in more relaxed states so they can sell more tickets.

Interesting schedule. Wichita St has Houston as their “partner” team. They played last weekend at Houston and are hosting Houston this weekend.

On Warren Nolan they have a predicted results tab. http://www.warrennolan.com/baseball/20 ... eam=Tulane
Now it doesn’t have the USF games canceled yet and it thinks our series with Wichita St and UCF are only 3 games instead of 4 but it updates often and as of now has us finishing 31-22 with an RPI of 73. It updates constantly so when you click the link it will probably have different results

rpi 73 doesn’t even get you considered for postseason.

nothing short of winning the tournament will get us there

Pierce and Texas seem to be getting hot right now, but things can be deceiving, as 10 of their wins (10-2) against 4q teams.

Would think conference play will be devastating for WSU's RPI

If I have time later, or if someone else does, I’d like to list the RPI of all conference teams.

To gerry’s point, WSU has only played Houston who isn’t very good, but I don’t know if their RPI is inflated because of their “training camp” schedule.

Wichita State had a pretty good spring training with current #3 Arizona and #11 Oklahoma State. They still get ECU, which should help, but the rest is not good.

WSU is in good position. Several of the projections have them as a #3 seed. Also, those projections have LSU out.

How did Houston tank so bad? It's 40+ spots behind the conference winter team, UC.

UCF was supposed to be good this year too. Picked ahead of us at 2nd in the preseason AAC polls. Beat Ole Miss 2/3 early in the season

I'm shocked at UCF. I was on the Greg Lovelady bandwagon.
