If anything this makes Gold more of a hero in my eyes. Would you do what he did? Great kid, great representative of the Tulane spirit. Not for ones self but ones own.

Did they give him the death penalty? Send him to a penal colony? Transport to Australia?
Now graduated and fully recovered, Dr. Gold, 27, has launched a foundation with six of his closest friends from Tulane to help end cycles of violence within communities, starting with New Orleans.
