The first-year class includes 1,849 students – that’s more than 100 above last year’s record-setting class. Tulane is one of the most geographically-diverse universities in the country with 85 percent of the students traveling more than 300 miles to attend. The new class features students from 47 states with the majority hailing from New York (258), Louisiana (227), California (204), New Jersey (140), Massachusetts (135) and Illinois (135).

Now is the time to strike in Tulane sports for all the reasons we know, plus as a unifying rally point for a geographically- diverse student body. Under TD we are better positioned than we have been in my lifetime. Engaged students usually remain engaged as alumni which equals money flowing back, which feeds on itself.
