after Katrina, they stopped charging, so they kept setting records. not sure if that has changed, or if the market has changed and it is more common for schools to offer free applications.

Pretty sure Tulane stopped the free application policy 4-5 years back, though it is still pretty cheap


Just asked my wife, they did bring back an application fee 4-5 years ago, then did away with it after a year or two, partially because Fitts' interest in going after lower income students
