Houston Inks HC to Extension/ AAC YOGWF Board Proposal

Now that we have a conference we are proud of and want to follow (and that gets news coverage), any chance we can have a separate board just for AAC news and discussion? That way it doesn't get all mixed up with non-TU sports (nor get drug onto the main board)?? Just an idea....

Re: Conference Mate Houston Inks FBC to Five Year Extension

A preemptive strike. UH is anticipating another good year and having to fight off suitors for Levine. As UH won their 8 games with a freshman QB, their prospects for success look good.

Levine's first year started off unimaginably bad, with a bad loss to Texas State and the early season firing of the OC. At that time it looked as if UH had made a disastrous choice. But by the end of that year UH was playing much better football. They went from 5-7 in CUSA to 8-4 in the AAC in its last year of auto-bid BCS status with, as I said, a freshman quarterback.
