Several QB's on the move

I saw two small blurbs related to the conference FB in today's Kingsport paper. First, quarterback Steve Marchi at Temple is leaving that institution, matriculating at East Tennessee State University. They have a new coach there after Torbush, who was hired to start the program back up, retired. He started the first 7 games last year before injury

Second, I saw that a QB at Baylor has enrolled at Tulsa; will not be eligible until 2019. His Offensive coordinator at Baylor is now at Tulsa, apparently the reason for the transfer.
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about?
