October 26th is my daughter's birthday. On the day she was born Tulane won it's 6th game to become bowl eligible in 2013. May the football gods be so generous once again this week.

And yes, UConn is a 10 point favorite in a college football game

Against a team some called for to replace them when they announced that they were leaving....

UConn fans on Twitter “excited” that they can fill a great schedule without the AAC weighing them down. Has anyone looked at their 2020 schedule so far? UMass might be the best team on it.

A tip of the cap to optimism when one has little else.

Alright, I take it somewhat back. That schedule is way better than I thought they'd do.

Of course they're gonna have a losing record, but they coulda had that in the AAC...

I’d still bet on smu over Tulane, but who out there still thinks that game is “unwinnable”?

I'm just mad that the AAC keeps knocking each other out while other P5 conferences "just prove how deep and strong they are." I'd rather have Memphis still undefeated and ranked because the teams that beat them aren't getting ranked.

Tulsa with a 3 point lead and the ball on the Memphis 9 with just over 5 minutes left.

Tulsa settled for a FG and a 6 point lead, 5:14 left. Can they hold it? They've held Memphis scoreless in the 4th and only 7 in the half after giving up 28 in the first half.

Look Tulsa has scrapped all year, but they aren't unbeatable. Neither is Temple. If we ever play a full four quarters we can win those games. It may seem like a big if, but it's there. We may also get an opponent that shoots themselves in the foot more than we do which would be a nice change

You see what UCF did to Temple today? If we lose to Tulsa and Temple at least there will only be about 150 people in Yulman to see that slaughter.
