They have short hair in common but as someone who has seen them on the same field at the same time they don’t look that much alike. You’re embarrassing yourself with this tired Archie Bunker crap.

I wouldn't get all bent out of shape over it. I saw a picture and at a glance I thought it was MIA Hamm and Wambach. I guess people of a certain age just go there. Dunno.

I think most people that are upset are upset about them celebrating like they scored a game winner, when it was goal #9 or #12.

The best criticism of the spectacle I heard was from the TV analyst who wondered why on earth there was any stoppage time added in these particular circumstances. The last goal was scored in that extra time.

So if I don't follow women's soccer but have a rudimentary knowledge of a couple of the players, I'm Archie Bunker? Got it.

Seen them on the same field at the same time... for me, that would be never.

BTW, last USWNT soccer game I watched in its near entirety, some woman ripped off her shirt after scoring a big goal to win a world cup.
