Please let me beleive again in the fairness of the college game. Everyone knows this arrangement is a cartel.....the BCS commish bragging that 5 non-qualifier conferences got the same amount of money as the $EC is very sad. This breakup will eventually happen.

When considering whether to take action, the Obama Administration should approach college football as it would approach any other industry, because with the kind of money we're talking about it is an industry. If they would take action against the software industry with a similar set of issues, then they should take action here.
