NHL goal of the year candidate?

Post by Fan Since '54 »

Adam Henrique's goal last night definitely qualifies as a goal of they year candidate. Even if you are not a hockey fan you will probably appreciate this goal.

Best thing about this one is the imagination he used to score. Alley oop over the defensive player then a backhanded goal. Amazing.

Brad Marchand's overtime winner over the wings last Wednesday was pretty filthy too.

Game 7 OT goal no matter who scores

Show me the video from 1954 on that one windy. Detroit won that one over Montreal. In fact that was the ONLY Stanley Cup Final game 7 OT game.

Maybe I should have specified '17-'18 goal of the year candidate.

No. But if you want I could post an OT goal by the Pens in game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final from '16-'17 vs Sens, and that one is the most recent.

I'm just saying that any OT goal in the playoffs especially in game 7 is better than anything in the regular season
