Hey lawyers, wouldn’t this just be a simple breach of contract dispute? And like I tell my wife, please try to answer yes or no, without the normal caveats and multiple paragraphs a lawyer (or prof) normally uses.

I'm just going to say what I suspect some are thinking. Is this reminding us that we should sue LSU for the game still owed to us at the dome? Isn't that breach of contract? Do we just not push it becuase we don't want to cause drama?

IIRC LSU bought the rest of the series out.

I've heard TD say (2nd hand) that there's no record of them owing us a game so I'm guessing Dickson let them buy it out.
