The British Open was usually a more entertaining tournament most years (or maybe I'm just biased toward links golf). I do remember getting really invested when Ben Crenshaw won the Masters in his 50s (he'd been my childhood golf hero when I was 12 and under)
Crenshaw last won the Masters when he was 43.
