you just can't make this stuff up if you tried. Just a glimpse for you out of town fans/alums/etc of the media love fest and myopia we struggle with on a daily basis.

LSU is "sharing the wealth" by paying the in state schools what they would have paid the out of state schools.

If LSU was to really share the wealth they would play away games at the other teams stadiums.

GB, Thanks for pointing this one out. Here was my favorite line (out of many):

"So when Louisiana Tech comes to Tiger Stadium on Saturday, there won't be any competitive animosity."

That sums up why we don't play them any more.

I'm sort of hoping when Willie and Urban shake hands after the game Saturday, the coaches agree to hold a camp together next summer at Yulman.
