My first thought was Monken but then remembered that despite his successes there, Georgia Tech is probably going to move as far away from his offense as it can.

only problem is they probably don't have a QB on campus who can complete a forward pass.. they'd have to remake whom they have, or bring in a JC or Grad Transfer to start in a new, more modern offense. We need to take a look at players there who are about to graduate and have a year or two of eligibility left.. preferably OL. I realize we can't recruit... but it would be nice to know if guys are looking to leave.OGSB wrote:My first thought was Monken but then remembered that despite his successes there, Georgia Tech is probably going to move as far away from his offense as it can.

“Reportedly”, Ken Whisenhunt is the “top name” to replace him.Johnny Mac wrote:only problem is they probably don't have a QB on campus who can complete a forward pass.. they'd have to remake whom they have, or bring in a JC or Grad Transfer to start in a new, more modern offense. Good call on looking at their players (esp OL). I'd look at grad transfers tooJohnny Mac wrote:only problem is they probably don't have a QB on campus who can complete a forward pass.. they'd have to remake whom they have, or bring in a JC or Grad Transfer to start in a new, more modern offense. Whisenhut, Elliot the Co-OC at Clemson, Collins the Temple Coach, and the OL Coach at Bama who was UCF's OC and played OL at GT were mentioned.
