Mr T was dead on with this one and I was dead wrong. With only one year as an asst in nfl, Rhule is now a very rich man.

May he have a very long learning curve...

Just saw a report from Yahoo sports that Mike Leach will be the next HC at Mississippi State

Well, now:

https://www.espn.com/college-football/s ... ippi-state

This is a jarring transition for State. And it never ends well with Mike Leach, whenever it does.

No, Fritz won’t be a candidate for the WSU job.

Mike Leach in Starkville will be...interesting. He's a definite upgrade for them, though.

What’s interesting is that the conference deck is stacked so heavily against these two poorer institutions that it is exceedingly unlikely that both can succeed.

I've never been to any of the three, but maybe not too dissimilar than Pullman or Lubbock?

Never been to Pullman. Lubbock is much larger/more cosmopolitan, albeit from a brief visit. Starkville is...aptly named.

My friends who went to Tech describe Lubbock as the armpit of Texas

Mac Davis wrote a song about Lubbock in the rear view mirror. Most do not agree with the last verse in that song...

Pullman is eight miles away from Moscow (Idaho). Well we know what that means.....

Texas is a big state and Lubbock is in one of the biggest and most open parts of it. Nice folks who hosted Tulane’s baseball team after Katrina and have now transferred us a QB with the greatest passing name in America. Thanks Raiders!

OMG - Lubbock and cosmopolitan have never been used in the same sentence - ever before. You could be elected.

May his NFL learning curve be very long and may he never be adequately replaced at lsu.
