They are also one of the few teams with tons of cap space, so they can be very active in free agency this year.

Hard to see his stress/health problems not being an issue when he's not operating with a distinct talent advantage over 90% of the schedule. Hopefully for his sake the natural parity of the NFL will mean lowered expectations which will reduce the pressure (season's not over if you lose 1 game, etc.).
