24/7 did a look at the transfer rate of 4 and 5 star qbs from 2010-2019. This is all qbs who transferred at least once. I was surprised to see how the high the percentage was.

The more I think about it, it’s probably not that surprising. A lot of teams like Bama, for example, recruit multiple blue chip QBs and they can’t all start so they transfer to other places where they can
