I was just wondering the same thing. I think he was only in the 70s. Normally, it's good to pull the pitcher before he gets in trouble, if he's tiring, but when you have the bullpen we do, you need to ride him as far as you can.

With our bullpen I'd rather have left him in too long than to have pulled him too soon.

I used to always look forward to getting into the opponents' pen, because the odds went way up in our favor. Now, our opponents are playing for that.
