Almost nothing from the pen all year and no starting pitching after Friday and Saturday. So, no, not too much talent to not make a regional in that didn't have anywhere near the pitching to be an at-large team.

It was absolutely a waste of a batting order that we won't see again for a few years. That hurts.

If the coach has the team ready to play when the season starts, we're atleast on the bubble going into this tournament. The bullpen was weak but the coach didn't do a good job prior to the season of finding out who the best guys in the pen were and none of the young bullpen pitchers really got any better as the year went on.
