1st 2 batters HBP. Then we SAC them to 2nd and 3rd (Why???). The Bedgood Ks and Jensen grounds to Short. Opportunity wasted.

Rowland was safe at 2nd, as shown on the replay. But we're stuck with the missed call by Ray Gregson.

The opponents score a run on 4 walks (3 with 2 away).

After 3, it's 4-1

Bases loaded walk to Bain wasn't the worst outcome there

Bates was cruising thru the first 2 innings, then lost the plate. After 6 walks, he's pulled in the 4th.
1st & 2nd, 1 out.

Solesky is pitching batting practice. Hit after hit. We now trail 4-5, and there's only 1 out in the B5.

2 of those hits were weak contact.

It's really depressing to see flashes of brilliance from this team, completely dominating the opponent, the suddenly collapsing and playing like little league. It's gotta be psychological.

Tulane needs to completely change its model for awarding financial aid to baseball players or the program will continue to wallow in mediocrity. Two regionals in 9 years!

Something has to be done about this nonsense.

I think he's referring to the top of the third.

Tonight is an example. We were up 4-0 and cruising, and then everything turned from positive to negative in a snap of the fingers. It's happened many times this season.

Having a 4-0 lead through 3 innings is hardly a good example of completely dominating an opponent.

For some reason Bates can't pitch with a lead.

Weren't you watching? We were having our way with them until Bates lost track of where the plate was. We were doing well and they couldn't do anything on offense.

It was 3 innings of baseball. That’s a very small sample size
