And to think I was looking forward to this game after spending all day working from home due to my 5 year old daughter puking all over the place this morning

I guess we are getting a taste of what Memphis and USF got earlier this year. Truly surreal.

We have 9 points and 200 yards through 3 quarters vs a defense that was depleted and reeling.

Waiting for the payoff on that wildcat play in the 1st half.

And we fumble it away.

Dauphine fumbles. I would sit him the rest of the game.

And our D is giving up massive yardage to their 4th String. They are rolling up "undeserved" points. Their Defense is playing much better than ours.

Every week we face a defense that plays above itself.

Houston has given up like 500+ yards the last few games...... this isn't exactly the 85 bears we are playing.... our offense is bad.

I hung the flag outside and wore olive and blue. I was really stoked.

As bad as the offense has been, I’ve been more disappointed in the defense

This is not the same Houston of the past few games, and this is not the same Tulane of the past few games. They are playing much better, and we are playing much worse--on BOTH sides of the ball.

 Applewhite was caught off guard that Tulane was going to onside kick. Had to grab a TO and regroup.

I’d be more disappointed in the defense if the offense was keeping pace.

If they don’t give Bret Michels or Dave Mustaine a chance for a touchdown then I am done with Houston football.

If we were holding them to 1/2 their average we’d still be trailing.

Bret Michaels just blew his shot.
