Army

First possession, McMillan fumbles, Army burns us with a pass and runs it in a play later.

So that start was... horrible.

Wave took opening kickoff and were looking pretty good until McMillan inexplicably dropped the ball, which Army recovered. A long pass play and a short draw put Army ahead 7-0.

Wave offside on the extra point kick (declined).

Captain Obvious says: VERY inauspicious start for the Green Wave in Blue.

(Pete, we started the threads at the same time. I killed mine.)

Let's hope we got that out of our system and we play better from a deficit like last game.

Running game appears to be working. Let's hope it doesn't come down to that first botched possession.

TD Tulane!

That was almost easy. Big chunk plays. Now we need to show we can stop them.

TD!

If we don't fumble any more or throw to opponents, we're gonna dominate this game!

It looked like the conversion kick went under the crossbar, but I guess not.

It's 7-7, with 10:53 left in the 1st

Amare Jones lost the punt in the sun and had to bail on it. It rolls dead at our 16, where we'll start 1st & 10.

JM did a good job of checking off his covered deep receiver, dumping it short for a 6 yard gain.

Explosive. Good thing we don't give him the ball more. Wouldn't be fair

Dauphine and Jones have speed Army can't handle.

On another note, I wish we played Michigan this year.

I've felt good since our second possession.

I've got my TV muted, listening to Andrew and Steve, but it sure looks like CBS is spending a lot of air time on highlighting Army players and coaches.

Too bad we couldn't have scheduled Michigan, Tennessee, and Florida as our OOC slate this year.

I'd like to see it again. Looked like an illegal pick to me.
