Yup, that 6-6 looks about right.

he technically isn't wrong... missed FG is the point differential.. but that play was aggressive and just a tough break

See my subsequent post. Now you're a dick too

that's right.. everyone is a dick if they don't agree with you.. forgot... I said he TECHNICALLY wasn't wrong.. I didn't say he was right.. but you go from zero to a88hole too quickly to think rationally before you post

There are a bunch of other guys who cost us this game. Namely, a few linemen on both sides of the ball.

What a sh it ty comment. Don't ever blame one player for a team's poor performance. Even if it is. They are amateurs that play for the fun of it. I always liked your comments on this board. I thought this comment to be out of he ordinary for you, so I'll just drive on with no hard feelings.

Glover missed field goals against Navy and UCF that end up being the difference in 3 point games (38 yard and 40 yard attempts).

Other programs have kickers that are 100% from within 40.

Technically you said we don't don't recover if it doesn't hit him so technically he was wrong.

You're dicks for erroneously blaming the kid.

I'm not blaming the kid for losing the game. They frick owned us. You want to blame the kicker go ahead.

I apologize for my tone. Just frustrated.

Lack of execution in a lot of phases of the Navy and UCF games. I agree doesn't go to just one player.

he technically isn't wrong because 1 Glover missed a FG... 2 ball hit Glover and we got illegal touching... I commended Glover for his aggressive play.. said it was a tough break. but you're already in 6th gear of a88hole, so why would I expect you to GO BACK AND FKING READ MY POST

This was a team loss.

Defense for not figuring out how to spy the QB.
Missed tackles going for 50+ yard gains.
Unimaginative playcalling by Hall.
The OL.
Missed easy FG early.
Penalties.

The mere fact that we had a chance with 30 seconds left was amazing. The ball has to travel 10 yards before touching by the kicking team but I can’t fault the aggressiveness by Glover. It was by inches.

The only gold star today for me goes to our punter. He alone made at least two stellar plays—a record punt, and a heavy tackle on a return.

Yup but honestly I thought we'd be 6-6 even though we could be 8-4 or 9-3 with some better execution and some breaks.

It does to me. We’re in the middle now, not the bottom and with the exception of Memphis so far, not getting blown away against the top. Doesn’t make it any less frustrating I guess.

3-4 in conference. Last year we were 5-3. Just saying.

I didn't go to 6th gear. I hate it when a single player is blamed for losing a team game. Could it happen sure. Is it rare; hell yes.

finally, some sane rational discussion in an otherwise contentious discourse

I don’t have an argument. It almost feels like playing Pac Man, at a certain level suddenly things begin going too fast and it doesn’t take long before all your lives are used. You’ve gotten to that level but when the next kicks in you can’t keep up. You feel like just walking away but keep feeding it quarters.

That’s us as long time Tulane fans. Always with another roll of quarters.
