The running calls that he drew up on 2nd and 3rd down were AWFUL designs in that situation. We are playing a Sun Belt team. Nothing slow developing or misdirection. We can dominate the line of scrimmage and should.
We hadn't dominated all game. Not until 3rd quarter did we wake up.
Watch the replay at 3AM. Every time we ran it between the tackles, without trying for cute misdirection, we were dominating the line of scrimmage. We killed our own drives early by passing on 1st and 2nd down and taking the run game off schedule.
Well, Carroll bounced outside to the right, and scored. Didn't go between tackles, nothing there. Just saying. Not watching it over just to study tape. I just vividly remember that move.

I couldn't find one so this will have to do. He's back.

Meanwhile I guess Cumberland College wasn't available because of COVID.

Congrats to NSU and Mr. Scott for the win but obviously we don't know much about them until Southland schedule opens next week.
