I tend to agree with windy--Aviles is hampered by his stance. His throws are slow and off-line.
That's three of us. I was a high school catcher back with Thomas Edison and I was always spring loaded in a crouch. It was the only way I knew to pop up quickly and throw.

Do we not have pinch runners, a defensive replacement catcher who can throw, anyone who can f'ing bunt (despite my dislike of the practice)?

I hate to say it but I told the wife this kid would K to end the 9th as he walked to the plate. He looked tentative like he didn't want to be there.

Campbell was clearly caught between throwing to 3rd of 1st and did neither. He’s GOT to be better than that
