It's always difficult to win on the road so when you have an opportunity to crush souls (homage to windy) you do so. Tulane had opportunities to put this one away like when we went up 6-1 in game 1. When we let them hang around you knew there would be a push back in front of a home crowd that sensed the shift in momentum. To give up the winning run, up two in the bottom of the ninth was bad enough but to give up a walk off grand salami, it will be something if it doesn't carry over to game three in what could be a huge series win. Opportunity squandered.
After you've been on fire under Arctic pack ice everything else is a walk in the park.
