Tourney vs USF

Post by Roller »

The posted start time has arrived, but WRBH is still streaming regular fare and ESPN is still showing the "amount to start" splash screen.
Gametracker has posted the lineups.

Anyone ever been to a game at this park? Seems like a pretty decent place to watch a game.

Aldrich is lulling his players to sleep behind him.

Yep. Unless and until we play ECU, we will be the home team every game.

Aldrich escapes a bases-loaded, 1 out, jam with a K and 4-3.

Was there any update on Bennett Lee in the last couple of days? Any chance he plays in this tournament?

Last I heard, Coach had said "perhaps...". But I don't expect him to tip his hand until it's time to turn in a lineup card.

I'm not liking this umpire's interpretation of the strike zone.

They are really working Aldrich in the pitch count. I think we will see the pen earlier in this one

Hart is pretty quick. It was almost a good steal (went to replay). Getting a guy into scoring position at that point would have played huge. Definitely worth a chance, IMO.

I would rather have him on first and not lose the out. We give up way too many free outs as a team between bad baserunning and bunting
