Pathetic performance. 4-0 bottom 6. We make a bad pitcher look like an All American.

Do I dare ask what he did to get fired form a high school?

At one time we were top dog in Louisiana in baseball. We might not be top 5 now.

UNO leads 4-3 over lsu in the 5th.

Do we have anybody in our bullpen with any control? They walk so many guys.

Double scores the runner that was walked.

I'd be upset if I were deluding myself about getting into a regional. I'm not. Goodnight, folks.

6-0 as we pitch to their best hitter with an empty base. Brilliant.

How does a runner advance on a foul tip?

If he swung through it was strike three.

Why do I allow myself to get fooled by a few good wins? With Jewett you know we will blow or.

Hoffman coming in to add fuel to the fire.

Rarely have I said words like these, but I'm so glad I didn't spend 8+ hours to go to Mobile tonight

I don’t know if he is throwing in the towel or trying to send a message. It didn’t work whatever he was thinking. I wish he would have called everybody to the dugout and went off on them. Maybe that would send a message. This is unacceptable.

Hoffman looks good tonight.

I didn't bother even tuning in to tonight's game. We just won a key series. I knew what was next. Jewett would not have the team ready nor the talent or depth to overcome slow starts. We would come out flat, get behind and then fart away a key opportunity to preserve a narrow path to an at large bid.

When this team was swept at home by Evansville it was wildly apparent we would need to win the conference tournament to get a bid. Our conference is so soft this year we might mess around and do that, but knowing this coaching staff and the school curse on conference tournaments, I'm not holding my breath.

Banks at bat. Nice to see him back.

Promptly Ks.

I know it is 7-0 but pulling Aviles is stupid. Pretend to try and care about winning.

Beckstead walks and they pull Linn.

Struggling pitcher and we botch a sure double play ball. Great job.

Triple for Lee and it is 8-1. Celebrating down 8-1 is like doing the first down dance down three scores.
