A Veterinarian is being accused of shooting a neighbor's dog. Pet adderall and diazepam were found in her house i.e. "puppy uppers" and "doggie downers". In addition, she is a LSU Vet school alumna who took care of "Mike the Tiger". I guess that she is a "cat person".
