Trooper Taylor............
Trooper Taylor............
Word on the street is that he's one of the top candidates for the La Tech job.

Re: Trooper Taylor............
that would spell trouble for us, especially if Frank stays with him
Re: Trooper Taylor............
I'm sure if they hire Troop over Frank, Frank will leave. This is Frank's chance and he deserves a shot. If selected permanent and successful Frank would probably stay around for awhile. Troop would leave in a minute if given a shot at a better job.bigmoneytx wrote:that would spell trouble for us, especially if Frank stays with him

Re: Trooper Taylor............
I'm not sure Trooper (who was the same birthday as me by the way) is ready to be a HC. He's only been a position coach and co-OC (yes I know he was assistant HC, but that's usually a meaningless title unless you're at FSU).
Re: Trooper Taylor............
i agree a million times over and over that Frank has earned and deserves this chance or any chance at HC. 100%

plus they'd maintain some continuity and would help them keep their recruits from possibly "wavering"

La Tech seems to be getting serious about their programs - they also need an AD.
I thought Frank would have been good for the Monroe job.
I don't relish the idea of Trooper in La; but Dooley and Joseph did about as well as they can do, imo.
