First down. Ballgame. As many as 15 on the field for TU on that penalty. Didn't know what Navy was going to do apparently.

Well that's a horrible way to end, but pretty typical of the usual Tulane stuff. Yep some things were better tonight, but not enough. The improvement is never enough. We weren't ready for primetime again

even if we didn't have 45 men on the field, our punt returner still fielded it way too deep. total fail in every way possible.

You need a big play at the end to win. I'm ok with him fielding the punt in the last two minutes. No different from going for it on 4th down late when you punt earlier in the game. Meanwhile it was what happened upfield that really mattered.
