I don't understand why the photographer didn't come back during the day to take a more descriptive photo; the one provided was obviously taken after the mess was cleaned up, but it's too dark to really see much.

I have long maintained that in my area the authorities should be able to charge some motorists with DWS- "Driving while stupid." Problem is, about 75% of the people learned how to drive watching the races at the Bristol Motor Speedway ("Turn signal to change lanes? Dale Junior and Jimmy Johnson never use one!"), and think they get awarded points based on how they drive along Stone Drive
